Who We Are...?
A hop, skip and a jump to understanding gadgets and gizmos.
We guide and help you to understand your devices and get them to work for you and enhance your life, rather than being a cause of stress!!! 
For so many of us we’ve had to learn to incorporate technology into our lives and often it feels more of a hassle than a help. We are there to show you that technology really can be fun and simple and, when it’s not, we are there to get you past the difficulties.
We aim to reduce your exposure to scams and try and prevent you falling victim to scammers!

We want to know what YOU would like to be able to do - imagine anything you want to do - and then we see if, with a bit of tweaking, we can make that wish a reality, using various gizmos and gadgets. Then we take you through a demonstration of how to make your imagination become reality, and make recommendations to achieve your needs
Internet Connectivity and Email Setup
If you are not yet connected to the internet we discuss the various connection options to ensure suitable connectivity, and then organise installation, if required. We will help you set-up email and provide training and notes, and / or videos, and / or sound recordings, on how to use the internet and email, including messaging, video calls, and online bookings.
Staying Connected during Loadshedding
With the inevitable loadshedding we are able to put together a plan, not only so that you stay connected to the internet during power cuts, but also to ensure that you are not left completely in the dark...
Keeping the Scammers at Bay
We do our very best to decrease your exposure to fraudsters and it is our mission to thwart the scammers. We are always available for queries that you may have regards suspicious emails, WhatsApp messages and SMS's. We will always advise you on any new scams and actively research new ways that scammers scams.

Once you are up and running and comfortable with the internet, email and video calls, we take you to the next level of understanding so that you can make technology work for you.
Interacting with Technology and Keeping Things Safe
We're able to put you in touch with Bixby, Siri, Alexa and Google. And we also make sure that all your photos and data is safe - not only by recommending anti-virus options, but also by ensuring back-up to the cloud and to external hard drives.
All you can do
In these sessions we show you how to securely shop online, how to use electronic signatures, how to listen to any type of music or various books, how to use the interactive internet, and we can set-up car kits and speed dial.

Wearables
So you've heard about smart watches and know that they can track your fitness levels, steps and so on. But have you ever thought about setting an alarm to remind you to take your pills at the required times? And what about a watch that can help you keep track of a family member - I use this feature to track my teenager when he cycles in long races, and he can contact me without having to carry a phone!
Security
And while security cameras may feel intrusive at times they have their uses - not only for making sure your house is safe but also for checking on your pets when you are away. By linking your alarm to your phone you can also arm and disarm various zones when you are out - and you can arm the system if you forget to do that when leaving the house.
Photography
As photography enthusiasts we are able to help you select phones that meet your photographic needs as well as give you guidelines in getting the best out of them for cellphone photography. We're also there to help you sort out your many photos and make photo books so that you have your memories on hand.
